I had a patch test first as the promise was that if I wasn’t happy with the result, there would be no charge. Chris and his colleague were so knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. My carpets were very stained and worn and quite frankly no amount of vacuuming could help with the smell, they really needed a deep clean. I cannot fault S Line, a lovely couple, professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable about what was safe for the dog. Carpets were cleaned within an hour and look and smell brand new. The cost was extremely reasonable and I'll be using them again regularly, without fail. A huge thank you.

Amazing from start to finish. Contacted them on the Thursday, they gave me a quote when I’d sent across photos, explained the breakdown, etc. They arrived Friday morning right on time. Both were friendly, processional and efficient. Explained what they were doing, how it worked, what to expect. Knew I’d attempted to clean the sofa myself (with Dr Beckman) and failed miserably by the sofa’s alkaline level! Showed me the dirt and fluff coming out. They were thorough and the job was complete in around 50 minutes. I wish I had a before picture to share, but the rugs were a state (we have 3 dogs and a toddler). They explained that one tiny stain (on the living room rug) wouldn’t shift because they don’t use chemicals for their clean (which was totally fine). I will 100% be using them again for upkeep. Really delighted to have a go to deep cleaner. Just don’t want to spoil everything by sitting / walking on it ever again ha!

Had S Line here today to clean my living room carpet and sofas. Very impressed with how professional the gentleman were and both my carpet and sofas now look brand new! I was going to replace the carpet next year but I won’t need to now! Very happy will 100% be recommending to friends and family!
